New year - now is the time to work on your Core@Core

Rider Development Sessions in the New Year

I will be running some more Road Racing and Time Trial Rider Development Sessions in the new year.  Please pass this on to anyone you think might be interested or post it up on your club website.

The sessions will work on road racing skills such as starting, cornering, riding with others and sprinting.  The Under 23 sessions will also look at team working, sprint leadouts and skills and tactics (via coach led racing) relevant to Junior National Series racing.  The sessions will cater for riders of all level of experience.  Riders need to book online in advance – follow the links below to the British Cycling website.
